All new Dateline one to one members are interviewed prior to their membership being activated and information is obtained about each member.

Dateline one to one and Club Sirius membership consists of intelligent and considerate people. Members are expected and required to behave towards other members as they would wish to be treated themselves. In the unlikely event that complaints are received about a particular person's behaviour and Dateline one to one consider those complaints to be justified and sufficiently serious, they will expel that member without compensation. Dateline one to one and Club Sirius also reserves the right to refuse membership to the Club, at its absolute discretion, if for any reason it feels that the applicant would be unsuitable

Confidentiality and Discretion
Dateline one to one / Club Sirius is registered with the Data Protection Registrar and never, under any circumstances, reveals any confidential information about you to anyone without your permission.

All postal correspondence is sent to your home address (unless you request otherwise) in plain envelopes. When they call they use the telephone with discretion and never leave the company name.
